All items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that intimates, swimwear, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Wait
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once received.
